Christoph Justen is an investment fund professional with over 25 years working experience in the financial and fund services industry, specializing in the operational, compliance, risk, internal audit and regulatory challenges that investment vehicles and management companies face. He has held several management as well as freelance consulting positions with key market players located in Luxembourg, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, New York and Munich. Currently, he is an independent Conducting Officer of a UCITS management company in Luxembourg. Furthermore, in his role as freelance consultant, he offers services to ManCo’s and depositaries around project management, interim management and process management, focusing on back- and middle office processes as well as internal governance related topics and outsourcing controlling.

Christoph is a “Qualified Board Member” (Qualifizierter Aufsichtsrat) certified by Deutsche Börse Group as well as a Certified Specialist Private Equity & Real Estate Fund Administration (ALFI). In addition, just recently he has completed the ILA Certified Director’s programme.
