Doris Marx
Doris is an Independent Director with 25 years of experience in the finance and the global asset management industry.

In 1994 she started her career with Banque Indosuez (today CASEIS) in Luxemburg. Since 2002 she held senior management positions in DWS Investment S.A./Deutsche Asset Management, where she was a member of the Management Board, responsible for private and institutional business in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France. From 2012 on she has been Chief Administration Officer for risk and governance and successfully led the complex restructuring and reorganization projects as well as regulatory and cultural change initiatives within Asset and Wealth Management units.

Doris has a more than 10 years track record as a member of the board of directors of various Luxembourg UCITS structures and numerous oversight committees. Ethical leadership is one of her core values.

Since 2019 Doris is a certified director (zertifizierte Aufsichtsrätin) from the School of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Steinbeis Hochschule Berlin.
